Our terms and conditions are designed to provide a fair, secure, and enjoyable rental experience for every customer.

Driver must hold a valid driving license.
Rental charges must be paid before vehicle delivery.
Fuel costs are not included.
Customers are responsible for traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Late returns are subject to additional hourly charges.
Mileage limits apply as per the selected vehicle.
Jagadeeshwar Associates reserves the right to refuse rentals if eligibility requirements are not met.
